These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Triple 7 Crew Radio mobile app (the "App"), provided by Triple 7 Crew ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a mobile listening client for the Triple 7 Crew online radio station. It streams audio from our third-party broadcast provider (Radio.co), displays current track metadata, and allows you to select among the available stations. The App is provided to you free of charge. We may add, remove, or change features at any time.
The App is intended for users 13 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

The music, audio, voice content, and metadata distributed through the App are owned by their respective rights holders and are licensed for streaming by Triple 7 Crew through standard music licensing arrangements. The App does not grant you a license to download, copy, or otherwise use the underlying audio outside of the App's intended listening experience.
Streaming through the App is governed by the same licensing terms that apply to the underlying broadcast. Where local law provides personal-use exceptions (e.g., for time-shifting), those exceptions apply as written and are not expanded by these Terms.
The App's interface, design, code, name, logo, and branding are owned by Triple 7 Crew and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
The App relies on third-party services, including Radio.co for streaming, Apple App Store or Google Play for distribution, and the device operating system for audio playback. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the audio stream or metadata will be accurate or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Triple 7 Crew, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent any such limitation is not permitted, the relevant terms apply to the maximum extent allowed and any excluded liability is limited as far as the law permits.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the App, our users, or our service providers. Sections 4 through 12 survive any termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through an update to the App or a notice on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Triple 7 Crew is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in that state for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, unless a different forum is required by mandatory law in your country of residence.
