Triple 7 Crew Radio

Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 21, 2026 · Last updated: May 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Triple 7 Crew ("we," "our," or "us") handles information in connection with the Triple 7 Crew Radio mobile app (the "App"). The App is a listening client for the Triple 7 Crew online radio station.

We have designed the App to operate with the minimum information necessary to deliver audio streaming. We do not require accounts, and we do not collect personal information directly through the App.

1. Information we collect

The App is designed to be privacy-respecting by default. The following describes the only data the App handles:

Information we collect directly

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, contacts, photos, or any other personally identifying information through the App. The App does not require you to create an account or sign in.

Information stored locally on your device

The App stores one piece of information on your device only: your most recently selected station, so the App remembers your preference between launches. This information never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.

Information processed by service providers

When you press play, the App requests an audio stream and current track metadata from Radio.co, our audio streaming provider. Radio.co receives standard technical information necessary to deliver the stream, including your device's IP address, the time of the request, and the format requested. Radio.co's handling of this information is governed by their own privacy policy: https://radio.co/privacy.

When you install or update the App, Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play) may collect usage and diagnostic information per their standard policies, independent of us. We do not have access to user-identifying information from these stores.

2. How information is used

Because we do not collect personal information through the App, we have no first-party uses to disclose. Information that flows to Radio.co is used solely to deliver the requested audio stream and current track metadata. Information collected by Apple or Google is governed by their respective policies and is not shared with us in a personally identifying form.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising purposes. The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking pixels.

3. Third-party services

4. Data retention

Because we do not collect personal information directly, we have no retention period to disclose for first-party data. Locally stored preferences remain on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its storage. Third-party retention policies are described in those parties' respective privacy notices.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information. Because the App does not collect personal information directly, the most effective ways to exercise control are:

California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its "sale." We do not sell personal information.

EU / UK residents: Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address in the Contact section. Where the App causes processing by Radio.co, Radio.co acts as an independent controller for that processing.

6. Children's privacy

The App is rated for general audiences but is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

7. International users

The App is available in regions where Apple and Google distribute it. By using the App, you understand that your interactions with Radio.co may be processed in the United States or elsewhere, subject to the terms of Radio.co's privacy policy.

8. Security

We use industry-standard transport security (HTTPS) for all communications with Radio.co and other services. No system is perfectly secure, and we make no guarantee of absolute security, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the limited data the App handles.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through an update to the App or a notice on this page.
